We fully accept that the transfer of ownership on your new week did take a long time to complete. Looking at our records, this appear to have been mainly due to the fact that the resort would not fully action the change of ownership until the 2015 week had passed, this was because the previous owner had use of the 2015 (your purchase was set up with 2016 as your first year of occupancy) week. Completing the transfer prior to the 2015 week passing would have invalidated the old owners' use. I note that our staff were able to obtain you accomodation for 2015 through RCI.
The final delay was due to the fact that Anfi would further not complete the transfer until the 2016 maintenance fees were paid. In order to quicken this, we, as a company, paid those fees on your behalf prior to you re-imbursing ourselves.
Whilst the transfer did take some time due to the above, we hope that you will enjoy your future holidays at Anfi and that you would consider using our services again.
