We take all feedback serious and try to deal with every issue to the highest standard so we are very concerned with your feedback. You were not happy with the engraving on your pocket watch, unfortunately bespoke engraving is open to opinion and even though we were happy with the engraving work you were sadly not. Queries are dealt with very quickly and packaging is good. The velvety watch container within the box could be made with sturdier materials for the price I'm paying.
