We would like to sincerely apologise to our customers that were let down by us over this busy period. Unfortunately the carriers we use had a major technical issue that we were not made aware of resulting in a vast amount of parcels not being delivered on time, not being delivered at all and some being lost in the postal system. Since we were made aware of the issues we have been working tirelessly to rectify these problems. Some we have dealt with successfully and we will continue working until all issues have been resolved. As a business we are extremely upset that our customers have experienced these issues. We value our customers and have always strive to deliver great customer service and satisfaction.  We are very sorry for any upset and inconvenience caused to any of our valued customers.Kind regards Edmonds Jewellers.

This was an Anniversary present for my husband. It came in a lovely box beatifully presented. I was very pleased. The watch itself is beautiful and my husband was delighted with it.
