They were quick at finding what we had asked for and have answered all our queries. We haven’t as yet taken the holiday as it is in May. We would use them again for booking trips by rail into Europe.

The booking process was straightforward and staff were courteous and helpful. Everything went well on the trip, and was as expected. The maps for transfers from the trains to hotels were very helpful.
