Truly unacceptable!I can promise you that your order was processed for delivery on the 7th of December and is currently in transit.Due to the Black Friday, Christmas and New Years orders, shipping companies are taking A LOT longer to deliver than we had hoped for.I have sent you an email with your tracking details right now.Again, I am truly apologetic!
