Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you did not manage to take the tour as you could not find the meeting point .
Our tour voucher has clear indication about the meeting point including our contact details to get in touch with us in case of problems or delays -
Also as we specify in the tour voucher, tours leave at assigned starting time promptly - And especially when it comes to boat tours , once the tour has started there is no way to catch up with the tour -
Did you try and get in touch with our office when you realized you could not find the meeting point ? Our normal practice is to offer our clients, that for some reasons were a no show, a stand by place on other departures . Therefore I 'd like to hear further information you may have that would help me in understanding what happened, as our company mission is to try and assist our clients as best as we can trying always to find a solution to whichever problem may arise, even when we do not have direct responsibility . Our ultimate goal is in fact that all of our clients take the tours they have booked with us and therefore we always try and accomodate , if possible , people that for some reasons missed their tour -
