Initially very efficient. However communications later stopped. After 6-7 weeks of hearing nothing we made numerous calls which were not returned. We later found out there were a couple of minor issue

Your sales negotiator is understandably upset as she found it consistently difficult to get updates from a legal process point of view only delivering the verdict after much pushing. We are so happy that we managed to locate your buyer despite the issues and will strive to communicate better in the future. We now have an internal electronic conveyancing progress system that will help in the future and to identify future issues. Best wishes with the permanent move down South, hope you settle in well.
