I am extremely pleased with staff and service given by Beresford Adams, CONWY. If anything, the only issue to highlight is when I initially placed my bungalow on the market, it was valued at £195,000.

Oh I need to add something. My solicitor forgot to pay B. Adams so I did. Eventually... I had the invoice and the details so I emailed them to say I had paid the invoice using the bacs info. Emails between us continued for some time as they insisted I should have paid via the Holywell office. Holywell office insisted that this was not the case and that they hadn't been involved in the financial side of things for years. I found the whole thing rather worrying as it was nearly £2k I had paid and I didn't know who to at this point! I did not receive an apology for the mix up which I assure you was not my fault, as I had acted in good faith. I have all the emails if you would like to see them- it really was a bit of a shambles and not very professional. Y Handford.
