As mentioned in our follow up email, the courier encountered a delay in sending your shipment due to some problems in the Irish Customs. We have spoken directly to our brand partners about this and immediately took an action. As for an update, we are delighted to tell you that your shipment was able to pass through the custom and it's now on it's way to you.
