Regarding your concern, I confirmed that your order has been attempted to be delivered to you but there was no one to receive and it was redirected to the nearest local post office in your area. For cases like these, the courier service - Royal Mail is offering a Redelivery service. If they left a 'Something for you' card, you can arrange for a Redelivery.
