The online church times subscription does not work despite paying £22 for it. Lots of bugs in the system. Even the email this feedback form says it's for the Church Times but shows Crockfords in form.

I have checked our records for a Church Times subscription against your email address and only can find your Crockford's subscription which expired on 4th October 2015. could you please let me know when you paid for Church Times and I will investigate the matter further for you. Revd Thorn - We have found your payments made on 11th October 2015 and apologise that these did not come over to the Subscriptions department. Our IT team are checking this for us to find out why. I have now set up your online subscription to Church Times so you should be able to access the paper at www.churchtimes.co.uk using your email address and your password. Lack of understanding of the varying ecclesiastical roles within the Church of England. Not getting people's details right is insulting - their excuses weak.

The book format is good but often out of date before printing. The online format is excellent.
