Hi there, we use a live system with current rates along with the availability. Since the reservation database is updated constantly, the prices are never guaranteed as they may fluctuate anytime. Occasionally it is possible that a specific rate will be available when you begin planning your trip, but will no longer be available when you try to confirm it.
