You can't really call it a total repair kit if only a flush and fill valve. We needed a donot for between the cistern and the bowl to fully fix the problem so this pack only solved half our needs

I was replacing like for like but a push flush rather than lever flush. No matter what I did with lever system it never quite fell back into place so didn't stop filling unless I manually adjusted it.
