Please understand that we must rely on pallet companies to deliver our larger items for the time being as we don't yet have our own delivery service. We try our best to make it as clear as possible to our customers that a pallet delivery requires two sufficient people to be present at the time arranged between yourself and the courier by including this in the delivery section on our website and in the email you received upon dispatch.
