I am very sorry that the delivery was not as expected, all of our large items are currently delivered by pallet companies. We do advertise the products on the website this way ( http://www.funky-chunky-furniture.co.uk/delivery-3-w.asp ) We also sent you an email on 11/5/15 which stated: “The delivery company will contact you the week commencing 18/5/15 to arrange a delivery slot with that suits you best. This will be a roadside pallet delivery so please make sure you have sufficient help to unpack and move the Dining Table into your home. The table top and frame are best moved by 2 people due to the weight and size.” I am sorry that you are disappointed with this delivery method, we do our best to keep customers well informed. At the moment we have to rely on delivery companies as we do not have our own delivery service. Kind Regards Kevin Johnston
