Hi there, thank you for taking the time to update us on your recent experience, we are disappointed to hear you had some issues with your poles however happy this got resolved quickly and effectively. When assembling the carbon fibre poles, we'd recommend you use a wall as a guide. Put each pole together one by one against the property and use the same technique when taking them down too. What we wouldn't suggest is assembling the poles on the floor and lifting them up, doing it this way puts too much weight on the middle sections and can therefore result in damage. Our poles are designed to withstand the daily rigours of gutter cleaning reaching 40ft high, if you're like any further information or guidance on our equipment, we're always more than happy to help 🙂 Take care and kindest regards, Danielle
