Waiting for new delivery of shades to be sent as were damaged on delivery. Not had a reply to my email yet.

We had a problem with delivery , van broke down but we did not get a phone call until over an hour after the delivery slot . Delivery did get rearranged for the next day

AFTER A WEEK I Had to phone and ask where the Bat was, they phoned back and said it was lost in the post, I then got one the next day

I have spoken to your wife and understand you wanted to order a snooker table cloth, which requires a different type of cloth hence the incorrect size. You ordered an American Pool cloth from our website. Delivery was within 4 working days, which is faster than the quoted 7 to 10 working days.
