Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Having read through your review we are, naturally, delighted that you were initially very impressed with the service provided. Reading on it is disappointing that we did not end on such high praise. As you stated, unfortunately, our open door policy has changed due to Covid and instead of welcoming you into our office, we left you outside to wait for your keys. We are very sorry that this part of the process did not live up to expectations and we truly do hope you are happy with your new house. On a positive note, in light of your comments, we have changed our procedures and we will allow our clients into the office whilst the keys are located as this can take a few minutes.
