We are, naturally, saddened to receive a 3 star review, however, it is good to hear that you were happy that we kept you informed throughout the sale and would have given us 5 stars for this. I note your disappointment relates to our sales fee having VAT added and also the charge for the E.P.C. These charges are on our Terms of Engagement which were left with you to peruse and sign. As we are members of the Guild of Property Professionals, it is important for us to be transparent in all aspects and I am sorry you feel that despite our good service you would not use us again.
