Sprayed the product on my chassis with surface rust and apart from a small areas that turnt white, it did absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money.

Hi Lee, sorry the product hasn't worked for you. When applied, Rust Converter Aerosol will turn the surface purple/black and any overspray onto areas without rust will dry clear. We are really unsure why the surface area has 'turnt white' as we've not had any reports of that kind with this product. If you have any pictures, please do send them across and we can investigate further.

We'd be happy to issue a full refund or resend the product but at the moment, we've had no contact from you so we were completely unaware there had been any problem.
