Hi 👋 So sorry that you didn't receive correspondence noting the uses of the cloths and diamond sponge! This is something we are in the process of working on and are developing a product information booklet to be sent with all orders.
Please see below information for advice on the cloths and their best uses:
1. Always use cloths dry, not damp/wet
2. Fold in 4 and use one side at a time
All cloths are good general purpose but specifically:
1. White Magic branded cloth is good for glossy/polished surfaces
2. Waffle weave is good on glass, soap scum and bathroom generally
3. The plush cloth (soft) is a good general surface cloths
