LeBoat was easy to deal with when planning the trip, responded quickly to questions and came through with everything promised. Mechanical issues were quickly resolved with no hesitation.

We are very sorry to hear that your boat was not properly prepared and you experienced some problems during your cruise. On the layout for the Royal Mystique you will see that the rear cabin has two single beds which can go together to make a double. We do not provide a double mattress for this cabin. Your feedback is important to us and your comments have been forwarded to our customer relations team.
