many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. Unfortunately, since the creases falling out of the fabric is a natural process of the fabric fibres relaxing, we can't give a definite time frame for this happening but rest assured that it will!

The instructions for hanging the curtains up could have been clearer. Despite hanging for 2 weeks they still have creases in.

I should also add that the fabric quality was excellent, samples were sent very promptly, and I was really pleased they arrived with metal curtain hooks already attached. Wonderful! I am currently making fabric decisions on more curtains.
