I'm not sure how long your curtains have been hanging but don't worry, the creases will drop out in time. We'd expect a couple of weeks to be normal. We don't recommend you iron them in case of damage from steam (full detail on fabric care is available the website). The only thing I can think of is that because the curtains are extra long, they might be puddling on the floor so there is less tension on the fabric to pull out the creases. If you can hang them somewhere where they can be full length without touching the floor (such as over a banister?) for a day or two this might speed up the process. All our Ready Made curtains are delivered free of charge (as yours were) and have free returns via courier collection. All of our other products, such as Made to Measure curtains and blinds have a £10 delivery charge. I hope this clarifies.

many thanks for taking the time to respond with your feedback and we're sorry to hear you are having problems with the mechanism of your Roman Blind. I understand you spoke with my colleague this morning and she is assisting you in fixing the issue but for a bit of background we have recently had to change the chains we use to comply with child safety legislation. Chains must now be of regulation height which can have an impact on drop/chain tension ratio; I.e. if you have a short chain and a long drop then this can make the blind harder to pull up and down. We can help this with a change in gearing mechanisms (though this can also have the effect of taking longer to wind the blind up and down) and we are working to find the optimum combination.
