Thank you for your comments. As we mentioned already, we are unable to accept returns when the customer has made an ordering error if the curtains have been altered. The curtains should have been checked prior to sending to your seamster. These are not bespoke curtains, hence the much lower price point, but they are made the proper way in a UK based workroom using good quality techniques and materials. We are very proud of our ready made curtains, we sell hundreds of pairs a month and our customers are very satisfied. We can only discuss a return if there is a genuine fault with the curtains.
