More follow up would be great. Once the purchase was completed, we had no follow up. Curtains arrived without any guide for hanging or how to ensure they sit well.

Thanks for your feedback. We follow up all made to measure orders with expected delivery dates and you should have received hanging instructions with your curtains. My apologies - I misread your notes when I sent the review request. I can see now that your fabric was unexpectedly delayed at the mill, which you are aware of, and that our after sales team have been in touch with you throughout.
