I am more than happy with the service. Very prompt. Always had my bracelet back within two or three days when I've sent it off to be re-strung.

We do offer an option now to have sterling silver charms fixed on our Link Bracelet or Coil Bracelet if you want something different from the cotton braid. They can both be found in the Restring section. I hope this helps. Merci Maman Team

One of the gift boxes was damaged in transit, very disappointing.

I am really sorry to hear the gift box arrived damaged. If this ever happens again don't hesitate to call or email us and we can always send a new gift box for you. Even if our boxes are pretty strong and protect in the envelope by bubble wrap, it can happen in rare occasions that Royal Mail gets our packets mixed with heavy packets from other companies which might cause this kind of damage so we are always happy to help if it happens.
