I am really sorry to hear that one of your Gold Ginkgo Leaf Side Tables arrived damaged. We ask that customers get in contact with us via email within 48hrs with any items that have been damaged in transit. However, even if you are slightly outside of this timeframe, please do contact us directly on email, to see if there is anything we can do to help. However, unfortunately on this occasion, as we are now well outside this timeframe, we are unable to raise a claim with our courier to investigate the issue. Therefore, I am incredibly sorry, but I’m afraid we cannot provide any further help on this occasion.
