Unfortunately there was no balloons purchased on this order, however from the information you've provided here, we would assume you've used latex balloons. Latex balloons have an average flotation time of 6-8 hours. Foil balloons have an average flotation time of roughly 1 week. This would explain why all the balloons were on the floor the following day. The product listing on the website states average flotation.
