Hello Thank you for your inquiry. We fill our cylinders with grade A helium from BOC gasses which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for helium compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. We do state the flotation times on the product listing, on the cylinder box instructions and the printed cylinder itself. Kind Regards
