All cylinders are pressure checked before being dispatched from our warehouse, due to this, it is very unusual for a cylinder not to inflate the stated number of balloons. A single small Helium Cylinders inflates approximately: - 30 x 9” Latex Balloons or; - 16 x 11” Latex Balloons or; - 12 x 12” Latex Balloons or; - 14 x 18” Foil Balloons or; - 2-3 large letter or number balloons. Please can you confirm the size of the balloons you inflated? Do you have any pictures of the balloons you can send through? Kind Regards

Thank you for reaching out to us. We fill our cylinders with grade A helium from BOC gasses which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for helium compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. Kind Regards Clare - Customer Services
