Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you're disappointed with these balloons. All our Air Fill small shaped balloons, are without a pump or straw in the packaging, however this is stated on the product listing. Any straw, balloon hand pump or or small hollow object (tube of a disassembled biro for instance), will allow air to be blown into the balloons.
