Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you are disappointed with the items you purchased. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. We do state the float times on the helium cylinder box instructions and the cylinder itself, we also advise to inflate the balloons 1-2 hours before the party/event.
