Hello Thank you for your feedback, We fill our cylinders with grade A helium from BOC gases which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for helium compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Latex balloons are porous and have an average flotation time of around 6-8 hours depending on the size of the balloon and room temperature. Please Note: There are many balloons on today's market that are for air inflation only and will not flaot with helium. In regards to the float magic,Please ensure you read the instruction carefully before using in balloons as to little and it will not coat the balloon fully and too much will weigh the balloon down. Please send us some photos of the inflated balloons and we would be happy to look into this further for you? Kind Regards Sales Team

The balloons did not float at all and therefore could not use them we even purchased the spray to a longer lasting affect for our wedding day waste of money would not recommend at all. Very disappoint

I bought 2 of these in reasonably quick succession, 1 was fine cannot fault it, the 2nd only filled 3 balloons and was empty, I can't rule out user error but it's not rocket science, it was a hot day

Used the helium to inflate foil balloons for my granddaughters 1st birthday. Unfortunately the helium didn’t make the balloons float at all. Even small foil balloons didn’t work. Very disappointed.

Large Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. Please Note: There are many foil balloons on today's market that are for air inflation only and will not float with helium. Any foil balloons under 17"-18" will not float with helium as they are too small. Please send us some photos of the balloons so we can look into this further for you? Kind Regards Sales Team

Didn’t use them. Wasn’t necessary in the end as the helium balloons didn’t float due to duff helium purchased
