Good morning , We are grateful for the feedback that we receive from our guests, however in this particular instance we do find it very unfortunate that you have opted to share your feedback only after having been charged for an unplanned extension. We do apologize if our communications were interpreted as arrogant, however, check out dates and times are pre-arranged two weeks in advance and we prepare our schedule and have our teams arrive at the scheduled time to prepare the suite for the next arrival. We were fortunate that in this instance, we were able to accommodate your needs for a late afternoon departure and extend your stay. Good morning , Thank you for responding to our guest survey , we do apologize for the inconvenience during your stay with Premiere Suites , The city of Montreal was doing emergency work outside the building which caused a few issues like electricity and water caught off during your stay , this was totally unexpected and out of our control It is our standard to provide 4 of every item in the kitchen in our suites , however, if our guests ever need extra dishes or utensils we are always pleased to be able to provide extra of any items upon request.
