The purchasing process was easy and the correspondence was good. However I’m yet to receive my order.

Hey, sorry to hear your sunglasses are yet to arrive. I have just checked the tracking with the Australian postal service, who have mentioned international delays. Hopefully they will be with you soon. I will keep a watch on the tracking. Charlotte
