Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As discussed via email, we are terribly sorry that DPD were unable to deliver your parcel and didn't update you in good time. In line with food safety regulations, to prevent any illness, if your parcel does not reach you within 24hrs it is destroyed by the depot. The number you tried to call us on was a restaurant contact number, so I do apologise that we didn't receive your call. We have refunded you in full for your order and offered you a further discount code in the hopes that we would be able to provide you with a better service.
Once again we are terribly sorry that this order caused so much disappointment, we do try our very best to ensure our customers receive an excellent service, but on this occasion DPD did not successfully deliver.
