Hello Unfortunately we cannot see we have ever been notified of this? With regards to an out of date tub of glue, we do recieve some queries on this and the date printed on the adhesives is the date of manufacture, I assume that the glue was perfectly usable as we have never had to replace anything for you. The edge trims come with pre drilled holes which are too high to the top of the roof, I'm using 18mm OSB and will have to drill extra holes lower, so the nails fix into the facia wood and not the OSB

Hello Thank you very much for such valuable feedback this will be used to improve our services going forwards. We can only apologise that you did not recieve enough pins for your trims I can see that the same day that this was raised we posted the missing pins out. We sent them with Royal Mail so there was a possibly that they could be delivered over the weekend if we would have arranged a courier you would not have received them until the following week, my sincerest apologies that your delivery was affected by the postal strikes. With regards to the orientation of the rubber we do not state which way round it needs to be fitted as it can be fitted either way round. Thank you again and I hope we have the opportunity in the very near future to demonstrate our usual high levels of customer support. All the very best from all of the team here at R4R :)
