There are clearly some areas where we could have improved our service to you, namely to ensure all of your feedback was actioned and cross-checked; to have communicated the go-live date for your social media campaigns ahead of time; as well as keeping on time for delivery of the full set of translated versions. With regard to the 70k views - to help manage expectations, our complimentary campaign guarantees a minimum of 85,000 impressions and is not targeted to a particular audience unless otherwise specified. There are a few definitions to be aware of, where 'impressions' mean the total number of times different social media browsers have displayed your content/campaigns. Sharing the social media campaign posts with your own networks as I am sure you will have done will certainly help reach your intended audience.
