It is very tough, fairly easy to put on and is not sensitive to light unduly - it stays like new for a long time. Haven’t used this purchase yet but I have had the 3M tape in its Venture Shield guise

I ordered 3M VHB tape with a paper backing as illustrated on their web site but was sent tape with a pvc backing which is much more difficult to remove.
