From what I hear from the Sales team, there was an unfortunate problem with your initial mail being deleted by mistake, which may be the cause for the communication problems you mentioned. The documentation should have been sent to you in advance, so this seems to have been a problem from our side - we will look into that to make sure this does not happen again.
