The majority of stickers I buy are excellent quality, although on this occasion I am disappointed with the quality of one of their sticker types, which I won’t order again.

One of the items I ordered was incorrect, when I complained the same incorrect item was delivered to me again. After a further complaint the correct order was delivered to me.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you had an issue with your order and that there was such a delay in you receiving the correct product. Having reviewed this with Customer Services, it would appear that there was some issue between the software used on the website to design the personalised stickers and the fulfilment team. Actually, at first my order was incorrect (one pack was not what I ordered) but when I contacted Superstickers they immediately apologised and sent out the correct one within one day.
