I'm so sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive in time and that you were inconvenienced. We have had various systems issued that were outside of our control which have thankfully now been resolved but that doesn't help you and I acknowledge that. Good Morning This product was dispatched on 10th March so I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive it. Looking at the address we have in the system for this order, there is no school name or house number, just the road name. I wonder is that why it hasn't reached you. I have asked our Customer Services team to contact you to confirm the correct address and then we will send a new stamper out to you free of charge as a goodwill gesture. We have had problems this week with our printer which has now been resolved and I have spoke to the warehouse and your order will be sent out first class today and we have refunded your postage costs as a goodwill gesture. Good Evening, I'm so sorry to hear that your order never reached you! I've looked on our system and can see you ordered on 22nd February and your order left us on March 2nd. Unfortunately, I can't see any logs on our system of any communications received regarding order non-receipt or a refund request for this order. I will double check with the Customer Services team in the morning and request that they refund your order. Once again, I'm so sorry that your order didn't get to you - Royal Mail is not the service it once was, and we seem to be suffering at their hands more and more recently. If you do wish to try SuperStickers again, we'll be pleased to offer you tracked free next day postage on any orders over £20.
