I'm so sorry to hear that your order never reached you!
I've looked on our system and can see you ordered on 22nd February and your order left us on March 2nd. Unfortunately, I can't see any logs on our system of any communications received regarding order non-receipt or a refund request for this order. I will double check with the Customer Services team in the morning and request that they refund your order.
Once again, I'm so sorry that your order didn't get to you - Royal Mail is not the service it once was, and we seem to be suffering at their hands more and more recently.
