I'm the Sales and Marketing Director at SuperStickers and though I was obviously extremely disappointed to read your review, I'm so glad you took the time to feedback so we can improve.
Following your feedback I've met with our IT team as well as the Customer Services Team member who handled your order; Sharon. We've discovered that our first failure was an IT one; the team are still trying to create the situation you encountered online, where you were able to add a mixed pack to your basket with only 3 items in it. The system should only allow you to add a mixed pack once 5 sheets have been selected. So this IT issue is an important one to have flagged for which we are most grateful.
I've also reviewed the emails back and forth between yourself and Sharon that took place in order to try and find replacement stickers and can understand how frustrating that process must have been trying to understand which stickers could be included and which couldn't be used as part of a mixed pack.
Whilst I can't re-do your experience, I can tell you that the IT issues will be rectified shortly when we move to a new website in August. At that point I'd love to give you the opportunity to give us another try and in order to recognise the promotion codes which weren't working for you, will ask my colleague Jennie to get in touch with a £10 voucher for you to use on our new website.
In the meantime, thanks again for your feedback and I do apologise for your experience which was not the experience that we promise the teachers that shop with us.
