I made an order an I received a confirmation but was never told that it was out of stock now I have nothing to give out to my students.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and I'm sorry you have been disappointed by the lead time on our personalised badges. As these badges are made specially for each customer, and to allow maximum flexibility, we are unable to hold stock which means it takes a little bit of extra time to produce them. Following on from your comments, we have reviewed the description on the website to make sure the extra time required is as clear as possible. We have also reviewed our email confirmation process to ensure customers are fully aware of the extra time required.
