I would definitely recommend this building repair company, they too control of my complaint, offered options, followed the repair through to the end and confirmed the job was done to my satisfaction

quick response to fix the electricity cable that was damaged by BT. They left without filling the hole and then called back 5 weeks later to arrange to come and visit to do that.
