Thank you for your feedback. Im sorry you feel this way about our service, to explain we dispatched the item on the Tuesday 15th April with FedEx. According to their records they attempted to deliver the parcel twice on 16th and 17th and then were contacted to rearrange delivery on another day by yourself.
Please let me know if they actually attempted to deliver to a different address as I will need to contact FedEx about this as it is not acceptable as your address was clearly written on the parcel.
Once again Im sorry your delivery was not delivered on time, if there is anything we can help you with in the future please let me know.
