I've only had it for a while. I really like the fact they keep you updated on your spending so you can't overspend. I agree with there low credit limit too until they get to know my spending habits. H

You provide false information for customers. You don't reply to customers emails regarding the query or questions

Thank you for your review, although I'm sorry to read of your dissatisfaction. I can see that you contacted us on two occasions in May, both of which received a response. Please note that Capital One act as the lender and we must therefore ask for you to contact them directly should you have a query with the application.
