I had two shirts that tore after one wear and wash. I emailed to see if there was an option to replace and Dan got back to me in timely manner and replaced both shirts, no cost and no questions asked.

Was a little disappointed that two necks tore right away but pleased that they were replaced and other shirts are fine.
